The Polygon Physics staff now works for CAMECA, but at the same address in Fontaine, near Grenoble. Their Polygon Physics email addresses remain usable. The warranty of your products remains unaffected and will run till the end of the warranty period. The staff at CAMECA Grenoble continues its activity on particle sources, therefore they can help you if any service is needed on your products.

Q: I have a quote from Polygon Physics. Is it still valid?​

No, you will need a new quote delivered by CAMECA. Ask a new one to your former Polygon Physics contact or simply use the contact form on our website.
